During the seventies Sharyn operated massive computers that used magnetic tapes, keeping track of naval ships and submarines.

Jan Shames of East Haven teaches choral and general music at Baldwin Middle School in Guilford. In addition he directs the schools hand chime program. Choral groups from BMS have consistently received superior ratings at music festivals. Jan is a percussionist and vocalist who loves to perform. Through these workshops, Jan hopes to find new ways to incorporate technology into the music program at Baldwin.
